Ayashi Samarqandi
Ayashi Samarqandi, celebrated jurisconsult and the author of the famous commentary (Ayashi commantary). He was a perfect scholar and contemporary with the scholar “Ali Ibn Babway’h Qomi” (traditionist). Although he is more famous for commentary, he is a jurisconsult. He wrote many books on different sciences and also jurisprudence. Ayashi, first was a Sunni and then became Shi’a. He spent all his inheritance on collecting and transcribing books and teaching and training students.
